As you prepare to join us for an upcoming property showing, it’s important to be aware of the setup, especially since the current tenants are still residing in the home. We aim to make this experience as smooth and respectful as possible for both parties involved. Here’s what to expect during the coming showing:
- Professional Guidance: Our showing agent will be present on-site during the whole showing process. They are well-trained to answer your questions and provide detailed information about the home.
- Scheduled Viewings: To minimize disruptions for our current tenants, we arrange for one viewing per week. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in maintaining the tranquility of their living space.
- Organized Viewing Order: There may be several groups attending the showing. Our agent will coordinate the order of viewings based on arrival times. If you’re earlier, you’ll be shown around first. However, if it’s not your turn immediately, you might need to wait for a bit, typically between a few minutes to no more than half an hour. We suggest planning your schedule accordingly, and if you have pressing matters that prevent waiting and have to leave sooner, we completely understand.
- Viewing Etiquette:
- Shoes Off: Please remove your shoes before entering the home.
- No Photos or Videos: Out of respect for the privacy of current tenants, we ask that you refrain from taking pictures or recording videos during your visit.
- Be Courteous: Keep interactions polite and respectful.
- Time Management: Try to keep your viewing time to about 5 minutes or less to ensure everyone has a chance to see the home.
- Questions: After your viewing, feel free to approach our agent with any questions you may have.
- Application Process: If you’re interested in applying for the home, simply text us after your visit, and we will send you a link to the application form.
