At Flying Stone Canada, we do our best to make your housing-hunting experience simple, efficient and hassle free. The overall rent process is described in the following three steps:

Step 01-Inquiring a Property: you may call, email or text to inquire our featured properties. We will answer your questions and also ask you a couple of quick pre-qualifying questions. If it is a good match, we will set up an appointment time to view the property and you will be asked to call in one-hour prior to confirm your appointment. If the property appeals to you and you’d like to secure it, you may apply online, or download and complete the application form for rental accommodation along with an initial deposit of $500.00 (can be paid in various forms, including credit card) prior to the viewing.

Step 02-Viewing and Applying: We will show you the place and answer any questions you may have. If the decision is made to apply for it, you can apply online right away, or fill in the application forms, and hand them to our agents with the initial deposit of $500.00 in money, cash, or credit card prior to processing your application. Please note that the initial deposit has to be in place before any applications can be processed. All required forms must be submitted to our office within 24 hours once you put down initial deposit.

Step 03- Processing Your Application: Within the next 1-2 days after submitting your application, we will conduct a credit and reference check. If your application is approved, we will call you and schedule the next meeting to review and sign off related leases and documents. The initial deposit shall then go towards the first month rent. If  unapproved, we will inform you and the initial deposit will be refunded back after a deduction of $45.00 process fee/per credit application. However, if approved but you decide to not follow through, the initial deposit is not refundable.

The above is just a quick summary of three simple steps to our renting process. For more information, please check out the section of Q and As, or better yet, just contact us either by email or phone and we will be more than happy to help you.
