You contact the residents & set up appointment
02- conduct the work
Text us when you arrive/leave site
Inspect the issue, take before pics/videos.
Conduct the repair, get parts as needed.
Take pics and videos after the fix/test.
Text all pics and videos prior to leave.
03-record the work
Record your hours and material in trello board assigned to you.

04 - reward each month
Receive monthly payments on the 15th day each month
