typical work flow - maintenance

01 - work request assigned

  • Once a maintenance issue is being identified, we brief and assign you the work request (click here for the work request demo)
  • You contact the residents & set up appointment

02- conduct the work

  • Text us when you arrive/leave site
  • Inspect the issue, take before pics/videos. 
  • Conduct the repair, get parts as needed. 
  • Take pics and videos after the fix/test. 
  • Text all pics and videos prior to leave. 

03-record the work

  • Record your hours and material in trello board assigned to you. 
  • Here is the demo – FYI

04 - reward each month

  • Receive monthly payments on the 15th day each month
  • It covers all the hours logged in for the previous month.
