typical work flow - maintenance
01 - work request assigned
- Once a maintenance issue is being identified, we brief and assign you the work request (click here for the work request demo)
- You contact the residents & set up appointment
02- conduct the work
- Text us when you arrive/leave site
- Inspect the issue, take before pics/videos.
- Conduct the repair, get parts as needed.
- Take pics and videos after the fix/test.
- Text all pics and videos prior to leave.
03-record the work
- Record your hours and material in trello board assigned to you.

04 - reward each month
- Receive monthly payments on the 15th day each month
- It covers all the hours logged in for the previous month.
