Once you decide to apply to rent the dream home, below is the process:
- You may fill in the application form online.
- Pay initial deposit in full within 24 hrs after the application is being submitted.
- The application is being processed and completed in 1-2 business days.
- Once approved, you will receive
- An email along with the lease agreement via Docu-Sign for you to review and sign off
- Invoice for the funding to secure the lease (The rest of first month rent minus the initial deposit, plus the security deposit equivalent to one-month rent)
