Check-in and out:
- Check-in: After 3 pm of your check-in day, you should receive an email with all the details and link to this page
- Access keys: There are three keys in total. They are Building fob, unit key and room key. They are all in the lock-box at the entrance of the building. See pictures above for the location of the lock-box.
- How to open and close the lock-box: Click here for details.
- Access code: will be provided in the welcome email we send to you at 3:00pm.
- Check-out: is before 1100 am on the check-out date. Please leave the room as it is, and lock the room and unit. Put all three keys back to the lockbox. Kindly send us a message when you leave if possible.
- Our cleaner will be at the home right after 1100 am on the check-out date to do the cleaning.
Internet – For access code and internet service provider information, please check on the back of the modem located at the kithen counter top.
