Here’s a detailed breakdown of what to expect during a Culfidant home visit:
1. Timing
You will receive a 24-hour advance notice via email or text informing you of the planned time span for the visit. Each visit is scheduled in a 45-minute window, but the actual inspection usually takes just 10–20 minutes. However, please be prepared for potential delays due to traffic or other unforeseen circumstances.
2. Presence
Your presence during the visit is welcome but not mandatory. If you wish to meet with our team in person, we’re happy to accommodate that. However, if you have other plans during the scheduled time, that’s perfectly fine too. As long as we can access your home, the visit can proceed. We have key access, but if there are any changes to your entry arrangements, please let us know in advance.
3. Video Documentation
Our agent will record a video during the visit to document the home’s condition. This video serves as a reference for property owners and as a record for any necessary maintenance or follow-up actions.
4. Follow-Up Summary
After the visit, we will send you a follow-up summary highlighting the key observations and any action items that may require attention. This ensures that you stay informed and have a clear understanding of the state of your home.
