Furniture Items to be sold
HOW TO PICK
– All the items listed below are furniture used in our rental homes and are still in good condition, ready to be sold. Please follow the steps outlined below to book a time and date for picking up in person.
Step 01 – Check the details of the furniture and note down the furniture reference number (Ref #) then scheduling a time and date for pick-up.
Step 02 – Please ensure that you arrange the necessary tools, assistance, and vehicles for the pick-up, also make sure your cell phone has Zoom App installed and data plan.
Step 03 – Upon your arrival, please text 587-774-1206, and we will connect with you via Zoom. We will guide you through the property via video. After confirming the purchase, you will be asked to send the remaining funds via e-transfer before starting the pick-up of the item.
Step 04 – Once the pick-up is completed, simply lock the door and place the key back in the lockbox. Reset the lockbox code to 0000 and send us pictures via text before leaving
