In this blog post, we’ll explain how green viewing helps you effortlessly view a home in person, on your own time, without our agent to be there and in an eco-friendly manner—just follow these two simple steps.
Step 1: A quick Zoom Chat Upon Arrival
Once you arrive, we will have a quick 2-min Zoom video meeting to:
- Ask you to show a photo ID to ensure the security of the property and your peace of mind.
- Guide you to get the keys in the local lockbox and enter the home.
Step 2: View the home in person in the next 10 minutes
- Explore at Your Own Pace: You may enter and take next 10 mins exploring each room and feature. You can truly appreciate the property without the pressure of a real estate agent hovering over you.
- Assistance at Hand: If you have any questions or need assistance during your viewing, we are just a phone call away.
A Helpful Checklist to Guide Your Viewing:
- – Please remove shoes, as the home has been professionally cleaned 🙂
- – Keep keys with you all the time during the viewing.
- – Turn off lights and close curtains when leaving each room.
- – Out of respect for privacy, please refrain from taking pictures or videos.
- – If you use the bathroom, please clean up after so the next viewers can have a great experience too.
- – Limit viewing time to 10 minutes so that the next coming viewers can be on time too.
- – Return keys to the lockbox after double-checking the door is locked. Reset the combination to 0000.
- – Text us a confirmation photo of the reset lockbox after viewing.
