All of our shared accommodation rooms have been furnished with the mattresses that are being inspected on regular basis. It is normally not allowed to bring in the other kind of furniture or mattress unless the following conditions are met: 1). If you do want to bring in any furniture of your own, writing request MUST be sent to our office first for review and approval. 2). All the furniture (mattress etc) must to be brand new with the receipt as the proof before it can be approved to move in the place; 3). You are responsible to return the room to its original at the end of the lease, or we will have it done with all the related charge back to you.
