FSC212 move-in video inspection

The home was being inspected by FSC staff on Marc 1, 2023. Overall the home is good condition with a few minor deficiencies that are either to be resolved and repaired along with the items identified by the new residents once the 1st welcome meeting was conducted. 


The identified deficiency items will be recorded in detail in the following section, along with the the coming follow-up update as well. 

Move-in Deficiency list and follow-up

The items below shall be followed up right after the first welcome Zoom meeting. 

01. Detached hinge of a kitchen cabinet door at the top of the fridge – need to be secured back. 

02. Hood fan light bulb missing – to be installed

03 – there are a few switches to be replaced – see pics for example. (Attention to FSC maintenance staff – there could be a few more need to be replaced, double check with the new residents first to identify these)

04 – The living room curtain to be replaced. 

05 – The screen window in the 2nd bedroom (smaller one) to be adjusted so that it can be fit in the frame tight. 

06 – The blind in the 2nd bedroom to be replaced
