FSC211 move-in video inspection
The home was being inspected by FSC staff on May 31 2022. Overall the home is good condition with a few minor deficiencies that are either to be resolved and repaired along with the items identified by the new residents once the 1st welcome meeting was conducted.
The current resident moved out and her son-in-law’s family moved in on 2023-03-01 and take the move-in condition as it was.

The items below shall be followed up right after the first welcome Zoom meeting.
01. the edge of the kitchen counter top need to be re-caulked
02. Stove drawer track need to be checked – might not work very well
03 – Carpets were dirty at the two spots at the entrances (recorded as it was)
04 – the kitchen countertop was bubbled (recorded as it was)
