The home was being inspected by FSC staff on Nov 22, 2022. Overall the home is good condition with a few minor deficiencies that are either to be resolved and repaired along with the items identified by the new residents once the 1st welcome meeting was conducted. 

The identified deficiency items will be recorded in detail in the following section, along with the the coming follow-up update as well.
