Your coming new home (Suite 306) is being shared and cared by you and us together. While we love to see you enjoy the home to the fullest, we also want you to know we are just a simple text away (825-901-5888 or 587-774-1206) anytime!

• around 11 am on the  move-in day, you will receive an email with the access code to the local lockbox (it is is hanged at the unit entrance)
• You simply let us know when you will be arriving the building (any time after 12:00 pm to 7:00 pm), and once you arrive at the building, text us at 825 901 5888 asking for the buzz #, we will buzz you in.
• Once in, you will arrive at the unit entrance, use the access code to open the lockbox, get the key to the unit, once enter, you will find the building fob and mailbox key inside the house.
• Please make sure to lock the lockbox back (and reset the combination back to 0000 if applicable.)
• Feel free to text us at 825-901-5888 or 587-774-1206 if you need any further assistance during your move-in.
