step 2 - view

Click “Book viewing” button in D-page to book (or Order from free) the “GREEN-Viewing” to view the home in person. 2-hr prior to the showing, you will also receive text reminder to confirm you are still on schedule. Once confirmed, we will send you the zoom meeting link for the showing.

Step 3 - apply

To apply, you may click the button “Apply online” via the D-page to apply the home online. As it is first come-first serve based, many clients like to fill the form first prior to the viewing. For your convenience, we will send you the link right after the viewing is confirmed.

step 4 - secure

It may take 1-2 business days to process the application. Once it is being approved, you will receive the link of the paper work for you to review and sign off,  and the E-invoice of the 1st month rent and security deposit for your follow-up.

1-2 weeks prior to the move-in day, we send you the move-in readiness checklist to make sure that everything is ready to go on the move-in day!
