Check-in and out:

• Check-in: After 3 pm of your check-in day, you should receive an email with all the details and link to this page
• How to access the house/suite: we will provide access code to the keyless lock entrance at the main door. 
• Access code: will be provided in the welcome email we send to you at 3:00pm. 
• Check-out: is before 1100 am on the check-out date. Please leave the room as it is, and lock the room and unit. Put all three keys back to the lockbox. Kindly send us a message when you leave if possible. 
• Our cleaner will be at the home right after 1100 am on the check-out date to do the cleaning.
