How the Free Online Demo Works
By following the 5 steps below (and clicking the buttons), you can turn yourself into a tenant prospect and experience how your interest is handled from the moment you see an ad on FB Marketplace or RentFaster. In less than 1 minute, you’ll receive a reply by text or email with a link that takes you to a dedicated page with more details about the rental, including detailed videos. If you like what you see, you can complete a self-assessment to find out whether you and the property are likely a good match. Once approved, you’ll receive an email with a booking link, which you can use to schedule your viewing. Two hours before your viewing, you’ll receive a text message asking you to confirm your booking.

Step 01 - View the Ads
In the Ad (click the buttons below, you will being asked to text a number shown in the end of the pics section)
Step 02 - See detailed Page
Once you (the tenant prospect), texts the number 825-525-1977 with the code “FSC231”, you will receive the text message with the link to bring you the page with the details of the home, video tours and you may conduct the self assessment here as well.
Step 03 - Self Assessment
Before booking, the prospect is being asked to complete this self assessment form to make sure the landlord, the tenant and the home is a likely a great match.
Step 04 - Book Viewing
Once the self-assessment is being completed and passed, you will be given the actual booking link to book viewing (see button below)
Step 05 - Book viewing/Apply
2-hr prior to the viewing, you will receive the txt reminder to confirm. Once confirmed, you come and view the home on time. Once done, we will offer you the application form if you like to go ahead to apply
