Step 2: Inspection Day
The ATCO technician will:
- Inspect your furnace, hot water tank, and fireplace.
- Identify any issues or safety concerns.
- Provide a detailed written report, signed by you and the technician, confirming the inspection.
Step 3: Submit the Report
Scan and send us the signed report for our records and any necessary follow-ups.
Key Details:
- The entire process may take 1-3 weeks depending on ATCO’s schedule.
- We will send you an annual reminder to schedule this inspection, ensuring your natural gas systems stay in excellent condition. Any identified issues will be addressed by our office.
If You’re Unavailable
- A friend or relative (18+) can oversee the inspection, or we can send a staff member (hourly fee applies).
