01-Get-Set-Go
Once your order in place and your home is fully ready, we will:
- Take pics and video on site.
- Create the appealing ad content.
- Run AI-model to decide the best rents.
- Create 3 designated webpages called “DAV”.
- Test run to make sure it works properly.
- Post ads to 3 leading on-line sites.
- Turn on the system & put “auto” mode on.
- Fine tune based on the market feedback.

02-Auto Reply
All the email inquiries shall be replied automatically with the booking and applying link and how to reach for assistance.
If you like to post the ads to various websites (kijiji, rentfaster etc), you can go ahead with the info provide by us and to make it auto reply, all you need is to ask our office for the right format.
For the inquiries with the phone # attached, you may text them to follow up and provide the link for booking and applying if needed. This is optional and totally up to you.
Insight – this is where 100 prospects who are interested in your properties. Our tool is set up to pull them into the next step automatically.

03, Screen/booking
In this stage, we set up the system to automatically screening only the right and motivated clients in and this is where 100 to be narrowed down to 10 only.
Once the viewing booked, it is recommended to call the viewers at certain time to follow up with certain questions. Check out the video below for details.

04, Viewing
2-hr prior to the showing, they should text to confirm and if not, you may text them back to check.
You may arrive 10 minutes earlier to make sure the home is showing-ready.
It is important to brief the viewers properly, and conduct showing in a professional manner. For details on how to, please check out the video below.

05, Apply
Once the applicant applied, you will receive the confirmation of the application right after.
The client will be also provide the needed documents as per our process.
Insight – How does the applicants follow up the application and instruction can also be a great way of screening.

06, Approve/reject
the application form and required information will be sent to you to process as per the guidelines detailed in the video here.
You will make the final decision to approve or reject. We will trigger the next step based on your decision.

07, Lease signed
Upon approval, the lease will be sent for the tenant to review and sign off electronically. The first month rent and security deposit will be sent to you as part of the requirement.
Once done, we turn off the auto system and the project completed.
Insight – 48 hr is the critical time line to be watched.
