In Flying Stone Canada, we do out best to make your housing-hunting experience simple, efficient and hassle free. The overall rent process can be described as the following three steps:
Step 01, inquiring a property: you call or email in to inquire our featured properties. We will answer your questions and also ask you a couple of quick pre-qualifying questions. If it is a good match, we will set up an appointment to view the property and you will be asked to call in one-hour earlier to confirm your appointment.
Step 02, Viewing and applying: We show you the place and answer questions you may have. If the decision is made to apply for it, you will fill in the application forms, and hand them to our agents with the initial deposit of $399.00 in money order or cash prior to processing your application.
Step 03, processing your application: In the next 1-2 days, we will conduct credit check and reference check to process and evaluate your application. If your application is approved, we will call you and schedule next meeting to review and sign off the related leases and documents. The initial deposit will then go against the first month. If we don’t approve you, we will inform you and the initial deposit will be fully refunded back to you. However, if we approve you but you change your mind, the initial deposit is not refundable.
